VET talent in action
Four public VET schools in Jaén and Córdoba, together with Eonesia, developed educational video games throughout the 2025/26 academic year. The result: 10 prototypes presented at the Game Jam & Showcase on 29 May 2026.
Over 97 VET students and their teaching teams gathered in Jaén to present their prototypes, pitch to industry professionals and prove that Andalusian talent goes far.
Teams set up their prototypes and opened the doors to the public, companies and media to play and discover the video games developed during the year.
Reception of authorities, industry networking and official breakfast. The project received recognition from the educational community and the industry.
Direct conversation between students and video game industry professionals on career paths, sector realities and opportunities in the industry.
Andalucía Game Jam applied Challenge-Based Learning and Project-Based Learning to educational video game development. Students from CFGS DAM and the Video Games Specialisation course worked in mixed teams throughout the academic year to produce playable prototypes with social-impact themes.
Partner company Eonesia provided real technical training, team mentoring and the company briefs students resolved. The result was showcased to professionals, families and institutions at the final Game Jam.
