Participation in the project
The CFGS DAM students at IES Luis Carrillo de Sotomayor in Baena participate in the Andalucía Game Jam project — around twenty students combining their application development training with hands-on learning in video game creation. During the first week of May, the team receives specialist training in Unity from Eonesia, an Andalusian leader in the video game sector, bringing real professional development workflows into the classroom. The project offers students from Baena the chance to see how the skills they practise every day on the course — object-oriented programming, interface design, project management — come to life in a creative and collaborative context. IES Luis Carrillo de Sotomayor's participation in the inter-school network enriches the whole with the perspective of a school from Córdoba, adding territorial diversity to the group of teams that will converge at the Game Jam on 29 May at the Edificio El Banco in Jaén.
